Claiming Disrupt conference tickets won from hackathon project?

Many projects won tickets to the main Disrupt conference. How do we claim these? It would be great to take advantage of this generosity by Tech Crunch to check out some of the sessions and exhibits, but there do not seem to be any instructions or procedures in the email notification from Challenge Post.

Updated: the person who registered the project gets a second email with a code so they can order the tickets - everyone else just gets the first "you won" email with no details.

Chris - please check your email. All the teams who were awarded tickets by the judges received an email from me yesterday afternoon.

You can also check with events@techcrunch.com if you have any questions.

    Hi Richard,

The email just says that our project was a winner of Disrupt Tickets - it does not have any information about how to claim / use them.

    I guess I will try events@techcrunch.com

    Thanks,

    Chris

To clarify, I only have an email notification from challenge post, not any additional message from you directly (and nothing in the spam folder either)

It looks like my teammate who registered the project for the two of us was the one who got an email with claim details. He forwarded me the code contained and I have a ticket.

I can see how it makes sense to control allocation since some teams will have more participants than tickets - but it was confusing that the other participant's emails don't say they need to contact the team leader (who could of course be sleeping off a marathon hacking session...)

    Thanks,

    Chris

Check if it's gone to a different mailbox? If you signed up to ChallengePost with your GitHub - maybe we have a different email address for you?

No - Matt got an email but I did not. Challenge post seemed to handle collaboration very poorly, ie there were other things he could do like setting project info which I could not. But he forwarded me the code and now I have my ticket.
